How to report a member?

If you have any troubles with a member or consider him suspicious, please contact us through the following methods.

1. Contact Support by accessing Dashboard > Support, which is located at the bottom of your leftside toolbar.

2. Email us your concern by clicking the Contact Form button. This will redirect you to a page where you can see an email form.

Please take note that our office hours are only from Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM until 23:00 PM (GMT+7). We strive to resolve any issues and contact you within 24 hours.

3.  In the message box, enter the reason why you are reporting the member. Briefly describe what has transcribed in your transaction to help us understand your situation and come up with a fair decision.

4.You can also chat with any of our customer support representative by clicking the Chat Now button. This action will launch your Skype window and let you chat with SupportCamLust.Com.

Do take note that it can take a little while before you get a response. However, we will try our best to contact you back within 24 hours.
